Most of the questions we get from new customers are about ordering and payment, so here they are in one place. If yours is not here, send a message on WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
1. Send us the drawing, the sizes, the material and the quantity you need.
2. We cost the machining and the lead time, and send you a formal quotation.
3. You confirm the price and the process details, and we book the job in.
4. We machine the parts and check the dimensions.
5. You settle the balance, and we ship.
What do you need from me to quote?
A drawing or a 3D file with tolerances, the material, the surface finish if it matters, and the quantity. If you do not have a drawing, send a photo or a sample part and we will work from that.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. One piece for a prototype is fine, and so is a small batch of a few hundred. There is no MOQ to clear before we will quote.
What materials can you machine?
Aluminium (6061, 7075), stainless steel (304, 316), carbon steel, brass and other common metals. If you need a specific grade, say so on the drawing and we will confirm before we start.
How do I pay?
Export orders (Southeast Asia, the Middle East): bank transfer, T/T. Deposit with the order and the balance before shipment. Domestic orders: company bank transfer, official invoice available.
How long does it take?
The lead time comes with the quotation, and it is quoted for the quantity you actually asked for. If you are up against a deadline, tell us when you send the drawing and we will say honestly whether we can hit it.
Can you work from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send the sample, we measure it, and we machine to those dimensions. It is common for repair and replacement parts where the original drawing is long gone.
Do you ship to Southeast Asia?
Yes. Export orders are packed for export and we can ship to Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions. Tell us the destination port or address and we will include the shipping options in the quotation.
