CNC Machined Aluminium Threaded Block and Bracket

A machined aluminium block with a large internal thread, plus a milled arm carrying a slot and mounting holes. A bracket and a threaded connection in one part, which saves an assembly step.

We cut the internal thread on the machining centre after milling the block square, so the thread runs true to the mounting face. The slot and the holes are milled in the same setup, and we can put a hex or an octagon on the outside if it needs to be turned with a spanner.
