Deep-bored cup housings turned from steel tube or solid bar, with a flat bottom and a machined bore. They usually end up as bearing or motor housings, where the wall has to stay uniform down the full depth.
The bore and the outside diameter are turned in the same setup, so they stay concentric, and the wall thickness holds all the way down. We can add a step, a shoulder or a cross hole if the part needs one.
Small batches are normal work for us, and there is no minimum order. Send the drawing and we will quote the turning and the material together.
