Aluminium bearing blocks milled on our 3-axis machining centres. The bore, the mounting face and the bolt holes all come off one setup, so the block sits square once it is bolted down and the shaft lines up first time.
We machine 6061 and 7075 aluminium, and the same block can be run in steel or cast iron if the load is heavier. Bores can be milled and then finished to your tolerance, and tapped holes are cut in the same operation.
Prototype quantity or a few hundred pieces, both are fine. Send a drawing or a 3D file and we will tell you what it costs to machine.
