Thin-Wall Stainless Steel Sleeves and Spacers

Thin-wall stainless sleeves turned from tube, with a clean bore and square ends. They get used as liners, spacers and bushes, where both wall thickness and weight matter.

With a thin wall the tricky part is spring-back, so we take light cuts and check the bore after the final pass rather than trusting the first measurement. Sleeves can go out plain, or with a chamfer, a step or a slot.
