Turned Steel Discs with a Raised Centre Boss

Thin turned steel discs with a raised centre boss and a through hole. The sort of part that sits under a bearing, caps a bore, or acts as a spacer in a stack.

They are turned from bar or plate and faced on both sides, and the boss height is held to your tolerance. Flatness is what matters on these, so we check it before they go out.

We run them in batches from ten pieces up. Send a drawing with the diameter, the boss height and the hole size.
